Bin activator silo bands (also known as silo seals), are designed to provide a secure seal between the mating surfaces of silo systems while compensating for vibration during powder transfer. Commonly installed using high-torque band clamps, these durable rubber bands help ensure smooth product flow and equipment longevity.
Manufactured as endless loops with fully vulcanised joints, our silo bands are available in food-grade white or blue natural rubber as standard. A range of sizes is offered to suit silo diameters from 610mm to 1830mm (2ft to 6ft), with custom sizes available upon request.
These bands are ideal for vibration compensators and sealing elements in food, beverage, and powder handling applications.
